The Business of U is a HIGHLY interactive program that delivers incredible results for women of all ages.  Coach Donna Drury uses her LifeQuest Coaching Model-in The Business of U to facilitate an experience that is unique for each woman that attends. During your 8-hour journey together you will connect with 30-50 other women who will support you in your quest.   Each participant will take away the following:

• Define what YOUR SUCCESS VISION is for YOU!
• Discover YOUR BRILLIANCE and THINKING STYLE!
• Determine YOUR SPIRIT & VALUES!
• Design YOUR BRAND STATEMENT!
• Develop YOUR NETWORKING STRATEGY!

What is included:

1. 8-hour workshop with facilitators/coaches--Donna Drury and Angie Brown. 
2. Business of U Workbook   
3. Breakfast, lunch, snacks on workshop day. 
4. A 4-hour mastermind session with 30-50 participants from your group two months after workshop. 
5. A 75-90 minute one-on-one coaching session with either Coach Donna or Coach Angie, scheduled at your convenience.

About your facilitatators/coaches

Donna Drury, owner and founder of LifeQuest Coaching and Seminars, has 28 years of experience coaching women to achieve their career and life goals.  Donna was a sales and human resource executive for P&G for 20 years and in 2002 started her own Executive Coaching business with her specialty being women executives and professionals dealing with professional transformation, transition and change. Since 2002 Donna has coached over 400 women and delivered workshops/speeches to 15,000 individuals.  Renowned for her "Master Networking" and focus on helping women achieve their vision of success, she continues to find ways to make a difference one woman at a time.

Donna is a certified Diversity Trainer,  Certified Herrmann Brain Dominance Instructor, Graduate of the CoachInc. Program, Athena Award Finalist, and was selected as the Top 10 Women Coaches in Cincinnati.  She is lives in Loveland with her husband Bob, her son David, and her two dogs...Chip and Bear.  She is an avid golfer.

Angie Brown, a graduate of 2008 Business of U,  has now found her passion as a professional life coach as well as the founder of Best Is Yet to Come Inc.  Prior to starting her own coaching business, Angie was in the nursing field, raised her 3 children and then quickly found she had incredible gift for putting the right people in the right job.  She became an Executive Recruiter in the Medical Field, leveraging her nursing background and was promoted to Division Manager, in which she led 15 recruiters across the country. This is where Angie discovered her brilliance for being a catalyst in which she enables and empowers people to envision their future and make it happen! 

Angie is a graduate of the Life Coach Institute and is certified in the program Blue Print for Life.  Recently, Angie and her husband of 25 years began serving as ministers for the Marriage Ministry at Zion Global Ministries (West Chester, Ohio).  A great tribute to Angie’s personal ministry is the fact that her three children are walking out their God-sized vision.

Joni Sullivan Baker, owner and founder of Buoyancy PR has teamed up with Donna Drury and Angie Brown because one of passions in life is to help women succeed and find their passion.  The name of her company says it all...buoyancy!  She brings to the team the experience in starting her own company and what she has learned so far about starting a business, being the boss of a difficult-to-manage executive (herself) and journeying in an adventure of faith.

In the years that preceded forming Buoyancy PR, she worked in public relations, corporate philanthropy and marketing in Cincinnati, St. Louis, Memphis, Chicago, and Aberdeen, Scotland in industries that include insurance, oil servicing, department store retailing, and Christian publishing.

She and her husband Bill, a New Testament scholar and graduate school professor at Cincinnati Christian University, live in Loveland with their energetic cat, Fritz. They enjoy time spent with their grown twin sons, and new daughter-in-law.
